Ingredients
4-5 thin (1/4") chicken breasts (1 pkg)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder (or minced onion)
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Mix seasonings on a small plate. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings on chicken (both sides).
Heat grill or grill pan to medium / medium high heat. Place chicken on heated grill pan, “shiny” side down first, for 3-4 minutes. This should produce nice looking grill marks. Turn down heat to medium. Turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness, or until done. Serve shiny (grill marked) side up.
