teaspoon dried parsley flakes

teaspoon onion powder

to 8 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes (6 cups)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, combine parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and oil; blend well. Add potatoes; toss tocoat well.

Bake at 350°F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender, stirring once during baking. Drain potatoes on paper towels.
