Ingredients
For every 2.2 lbs of chicken (thighs and drumsticks):
9 oz. olive oil
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 pepper de aji or chile de arbol (dried), chopped
Salt & Pepper
2 oz white vinegar
Preparation
Put everything together in a large plastic ziplock bag or two (depending on how much you prepare). Marinade for 24 hours Grill on bbq or cook in oven, low heat for a long time to get fall off the bone done chicken!
