Cardini’s ceasar salad dressing

Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

cut off base of romaine stalk separate leaves of romaine wash and clean romaine leaves put inside salad spinner to remove moisture repeat cleaning and spinning lettuce. refrigerate lettuce to get it crisp take 8 garlic cloves and peel off outer skin.cut into 1/4 inch slivers. saute in olive oil till light brown. set aside. cut french bread into 1 inch cubes, fry in 4 tsp. olive oil till light brown and crunchy. take romaine lettuce put in large serving bowl add sauted garlic cloves and french bread croutons sprinkle with parmesan cheese pour 1 cup cardini ceasar salad dressing on top of mixture. toss vigorously.grind black pepper on top of mixture as needed
