Ingredients
2 cups organic sour cream
4 extra large eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
Unsalted butter for the pan
Preparation
- Put the five pancake ingredients in a bowl in the order listed then whisk together quickly and lightly.
- Heat a square non-stick griddle on low for about 5 minutes to get evenly warm. run the butter lightly over the pan
- Using a 1/4 cup measure, ladle the batter, making 4 pancakes at a time. 4 When bubbles start to form then pop, turn the pancakes with a spatula.
- Repeat or save any excess batter in the fridge for the next day.
