Ingredients

Serious Salad

1 bunch romaine lettuce

1 bunch green leaf lettuce

Mixed greens of choice

4 tomatoes - sliced into wedges or diced (or use grape or Roma tomatoes)

1 cucumber, sliced

Cooked diced turkey breast

Cooked diced chicken breast (grilled is best)

Cooked diced ham

Diced pepperoni

Shredded cheese blend (cheeses of choice)

4 mandarin oranges, peeled and wedged OR shredded carrots

Sesame seeds

Olives

1 tsp each Mrs Dash, Coarse Sea Salt, Jamaica Pepper, Peppercorn Medley, and spices of choice

Croutons

Bacon bits

Parmesean cheese

Sliced almonds

Preparation

Blend all items in large salad bowl. Serve chilled with dressing of choice.
