Ingredients

1.25 lbs ground turkey (NOT ground turkey breast)

2 T Worcestershire sauce

1 T soy or Tamari sauce

1 heaping T dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat grill to medium. Mix ingredients lightly until incorporated but do not overmix - burgers like a light hand. Divide mixture into 4 burgers. Grill until they are cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve on your favorite bun (I love whole wheat) with coarse mustard and thinly sliced dill pickles. Enjoy!
