tablespoons sesame seed

lb. pre-cut chicken breast chunks, or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch chunks

tablespoon oil

cup purchased sweet and sour or barbecue sauce or 1/2 cup honey
Preparation
In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seed until golden brown, stirring often. Sprinkle toasted seed over chicken chunks.
Heat oil in same skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve sauce with chicken nuggets.
