Ingredients
1/3 c. butter
1 large egg slightly beaten
1 1/2 T water
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 C. flour
1/4 C. sesame seeds
Preparation
Preheat over to 400 and melt (don’t brown) butter in 8x12 baking dish
Blend egg, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper
Put flour on plate and dip chicken in flour then dip in egg mixture.
Put chicken in butter and flip (so both sides have butter) and sprinkle sesame seeds generously on chicken
Bake for 40-45 minutes
Warm cream of mushroom soup and mix in milk for “gravy”
