Ingredients

1 lb of boneless brease cut up into 24 pieces

1 tsp salt

2 tbs light soy sauce

2 tbs maple syrup

2 tbs dry sherry

2 tbs sesame seeds

1/2 tsp fresh shredded ginger

1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice

2 tbs veg oil

Preparation

mix all ingredients in 13X9 glass baking dish coat chicken evenly….cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hrs sprinkle sesame seeds on top of chicken bake uncovered for 15 min brush with marinade
