Ingredients
½ cup honey
½ cup vegetable oil (I use butter or coconut oil)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup milk powder
1 ¼ cup oatmeal
1 cup ww flour
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup sesame seeds
Preparation
Combine honey, oil and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Dough should be stiff; add tablespoon or two of milk if too stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in cold water. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
