Ingredients
2-3 bunches of fresh spinach OR 1 bag of pre-packaged spinach
1 TBSP Minced garlic
2TBSP Sesame oil
1 TSP salt
1 TSP roasted OR toasted Sesame Seeds
1/2 to 1 OZ of chopped scallions
Preparation
Steam spinach until cooked. DO NOT overcook, it will be very mushy. Drain very well. In frying pan or Wok, combine all ingredients in pan on medium heat. Stir until completely mixed, add salt to taste.
