Ingredients

1 T. Sesame seeds toasted (optional)

2 tsp grated fresh ginger

2 Tbs honey

2 Tbs soy

1-2 Tbs water (to dilute saltiness)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (flattened if desired)

or 1-2 lb. pork tenderloin

Preparation

Combine marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over chicken. You may marinate meat for a short time if desired before grilling.

Heat grill, coat rack, cook 4-6-minutes per side, depending on thickness of chicken. Brush frequently with marinade.
