Ingredients

2 T soy sauce

1-2 T chili sauce

1 t dark sesame oil

4 6-oz chicken breast halves

2 cuyps diced seeded watermelon

1/2 cup yellow pepper diced

2 t thinky sliced scallions

1 T chopped cilantro

1 tsp fresh chopped ginger

2 tsp miin rice wine

1tsp lime juice

salt

1 small jalapeno seeded and minced

lime wedges, cilantro sprigs

Preparation

  1. Combine first four ingredients in large pastic bag. marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Salsa: combine watermelon through jkalapeno.
  3. gril lchicken. Cut chicken diagonally across grain, serve with salsa, lime wedges and cilantro sprigs
