Ingredients

6 salmon fillets

1/4 cup sliced onion

1 inch piece ginger thinnly sliced.

2 T Tamari

1 to 2 T Toasted Sesame Oil

2 T chopped garlic

chopped Cilantro (optional)

lemon wedges

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with oil (Pam). Rinse salmon fillets and place in baking dish. Sprinkle chopped garlic on fish. Place sliced ginger evenly on fish. Lay onions on top. Sprinkle on Tamari and Toasted Sesame Oil. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired. Serve with lemon wedges.
