Ingredients

2, 6 oz. Sea Bass fillets

1 Green Onion, sliced (2 Tbsp)

1/2 tsp. Ginger Root, shredded

1 tsp. Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp. Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lay two sheets of aluminum foil on a flat surface. Lightly spray top foil sheet with cooking spray. Place sea bass fillets on foil skin side down. Sprinkle green onion on the fish. Peel and shred 1/2 tsp. ginger one the fish. Drizzle sesame oil over the top of the fish and top with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Close foil to make a packet and put in 350 degree F. oven for 15-20 minutes. Fish is done when it begins to flake. Use caution when opening packet to avoid a steam burn.
