Ingredients
-1/8 cup white wine vinegar
-1 shallot
-1 garlic clove
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1/2 cup garbanzo beans, pre-soaked & cooked
-2 tsp tahini or peanut butter
-1 TBS toasted sesame seeds
-1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingrediants in food processor until coarsly pureed.
Add beans and butter mix to make paste.
Slightly toast sesame seeds in a pan, tossing until aromatic then add to processor.
Slowly add sesame oil until smooth.
Parsley and a few extra sesame seeds is a great garnish if using as a dip.
