Ingredients

1 lb. noodles, cooked

2 T. sesame paste

3 T. warm water

2 T. soy sauce

1 T. rice vinegar

2 T. sesame oil

1 t. hot pepper flakes

2 t. sugar

1/2 t. salt

2 T. scallions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Cook noodles and toss with sesame oil and soy sauce. Cover and chill for an hour. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then toss with noodles.

Can also add chicken and peppers.
