Ingredients
2 TBS sesame seeds
6-8 scallions or one minced, large onion
4 TBS rice vinegar
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth
2 TBS honey mustard
4 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS hot oil or hot chili sauce
2/3 c. dark sesame oil
1/2 c. veg. oil
juice of an orange
S & P to taste
8 ozs. angel hair spaghetti broken into quarters**
minced red and/or yellow pepper
** Personally I prefer using Raman noodles, but it is of course, up to you.
Preparation
Boil pasta for just a few minutes (al dente), rinse and add sauce slowly. You don’t want the pasta swimming in the sauce; just covered with sauce. Add minced scallions/onions
Roast sesame seeds over hot dry skillet (fry pan) until brown. Watch out they turn quickly when they turn. Sprinkle minced red and yellow peppers and a sprinkling of sesame seeds on top before serving.
