Ingredients

300 g (1/3 of 900 g package)spaghetti, uncooked

1 cup snow peas, cut in half

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup Kraft’s Asian sesame dressing

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 red pepper, in thin strips

1 cup carrots, in thin stips

3 green onions, sliced

2 Tbsp chopped peanuts

Preparation

Cook spaghetti in large saucepan. Add peas for last 30 seconds. Drain spaghetti, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Mix peanut butter, dressing and soy sauce. Gradually stir in reserved cooking water. Place spaghetti in large bowl. Add peanut butter mixuture, toss to coat. Stir in veggies, top with nuts.
