Dressing:
Mix together:
1/4 cup of minced onion
3 T apple cider vinegar
3 T white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 T sugar
Other ingredients:
1 package spring mix lettuce
1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Two ripe pears (cut up)
(may substitute apples or any other fruit)
Mix up dressing ingredients. Toss dressing with lettuce and all other ingredients.
