Ingredients
i small cup of white sesame seeds
2 small onions
few chillies to ur taste
oil fr tempering
jeera seeds mustard seeds n 3 dry chilles n kadhipatta
half tea sp of haldi
salt to taste n very little chille powder.
Preparation
soak the seasame seeds fr half hr, n grind them withonions,chillies n saltkeep aside, now put a kadhai on the stove n put in 3 tsps of any refined oil but the curry tastes good withsesame oil,now as the oil is heated temper it with jeera,mustard,some pods of garlic n red chillies ncurryleaves, then add the past mix in nadd haldi powder little red chilli powdrn salt n simmer the stove, n let it cook by mixing in th emiddle,the curry should come like a scrambled egg, by sucking away all the water,serve it with hot steamed rice.
