Ingredients

1 Pkg Tofu (extra firm, or steak style)

Green, yellow and red Bell peppers

Mushrooms

Celery

Purple cabbage

(onion and garlic are optional)

1/2 cup Canola oil

2 Tablespoons olive oil

3 Tablespoons Sesame oil

3 Tablespoons Worcestshire sauce

1/8 cup Sesame seeds

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In non-stick frying pan heat canola oil Cut Tofu into large triangles Brown tofu in canola oil, all sides set cooked tofu aside to drain on paper towel dispose of canola oil, rinse pan heat olive oil in pan add cut up vegetables, stir 5 minutes on med high heat add salt and pepper, sesame oil, worcestshire, sesame seeds stir fry 5 more minutes add tofu stir fry additional 5 minutes

serve over Jasmine rice, plain white rice or pasta
