Ingredients

-Bean Dip (Frito’s brand in the chip aisle)

-8 oz Sour Cream

-Taco Seasoning

-1 Ripe Avocado

-3 T Mayonnaise

-Grape Tomatoes (cut in 1/2)

-Green Onions (chopped)

-Cheddar Cheese (grated)

-Black Olives (sliced)

Preparation

Layer in this order: 1. Bean Dip

  1. 8 oz sour cream mixed with a package of Taco seasoning

  2. Guacamole (one ripe avocado peeled and mashed with 3 T. mayonnaise)

  3. Tomatoes (I use the grape tomatoes and just cut them in half)

  4. Green onions (chopped; about the whole bunch)

  5. Cheddar Cheese (grated)

  6. Sliced black olives
