Ingredients
1 Head Iceburg Lettuce, Cored and cut into pieces
1 cucumber, seeded and sliced
1 cup frozen peas, rinsed and drained
1 red onion thinly sliced
6oz cheddar cheese
1/2 lb of bacon, crispy and crumbled
DRESSING
2 Cups of Mayo
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup sour cream/or greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
Preparation
1.Layer the First five ingredients one at at time. Do not mix the ingredients 2. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour evenly over the salad in a bowl. 3. Add cheese then bacon 4. Best if served right away for the next day the lettuce seems to make it soupy
