Ingredients
1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce ( about 1/4 of a head), finely shredded
3/4 cup green onions (about 2 onions), finely chopped
1 cup celery (about 2 stalks), finely chopped
1/2 cup bacon bits (4 bacon strips, chopped and cooked crisp)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing
Preparation
In an 8x8 casserole dish layer salad in the order given above. Top with ranch dressing. Chill and serve ice cold.
