Ingredients

1 lb. any white fish cut up into bite-sized pieces

2/3 cup lime juice

2 T water

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1 t salt

2 T chopped pimiento

1/4 t black pepper

1 clove chopped garlic

dash of hot pepper sauce

Preparation

Combine all. Cover and refrigerate 2 or 3 days. Serve on bed of shredded lettuce or with crackers.
