Ingredients

ceviche

2 pounds small shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 oz tuna

3 lemons, juiced

3 limes, juiced

2 oranges, juiced

1 tbs dill

Additional ingredients

1 large tomato, seeded, and cut into medium dice

⅓ cup olive oil

¼ cup finely diced Spanish onion

1 tsp finely chopped chile pepper

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

In large glass or non-metal bowl combine shrimp, tuna, and juices. Allow to chill in fridge for 3 hours.

Combine remainder of ingredients and toss in chilled ceviche mixture. Serve in martini glasses with tortilla chips.
