cup cubed cooked chicken (1 ounce)

tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

of a small carrot

cup torn prewashed salad greens

Preparation

In 1-quart plastic container with tight-fitting lid, layer ingredients in order given. Cover tightly. Refrigerate.

When ready to serve, shake container to toss salad.
