Ingredients
10-20 chicken wings
1 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
¼ cup cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
Make marinade in bowl or small roasting pan, add wings and marinate at least 8 hours. Bake in 350 degree oven for at least 1 ½ hours or until brown and sticky. Turn wings in marinade to keep tips from burning. If wings don’t seem to be browning, pour off some of the marinade. Recipe can be doubled/tripled, but the amount of sugar should be increased by a quarter cup per increment.
