Ingredients

Preheat over to 400 degrees

Cake Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1/2 TSP salt

1 cup margarine

1 cup water

4 TBSP cocoa powder

2 eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 TSP baking soda

Frosting Ingredients:

1/2 cup margarine

4 TBSP cocoa

6 TBSP milk

1 box of powdered sugar

1 TSP vanilla

1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cake Directions: Sift together the sugar, flour and salt. In a small sauce pan, bring to a boiling point: margarine, water and cocoa Add hot mixture to the flour mixture, stir well.Combine eggs, sour cream and baking soda and then add to mixture Beat well and pour into a greased 11 1/2 x 18 x 1 jelly roll pan (cookie sheet).Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from over, frost immediately.

Frosting Directions: While cake is baking, bring to a boiling point: margarine, cocoa and milk. Remove from stove and add to powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat well, pour over cake when it comes out of the oven.
