Ingredients
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
3 Egg Whites
1 cup Sugar
Preparation
- Add salt, vinegar, and vanilla to egg whites. Beat until peaks form
- Add sugar gradually and continue beating until very stiff.
- Spoon in mounds on cookie sheet covered with plain, ungreased paper. Shape into 6 large cups with spoon.
- Bake in 300 degree oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from paper immediately. Cool.
- Serve topped with your choice of ice cream, dessert strawberries, or chocolate sauce.
