Ingredients

1/8 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp. Vinegar

1/4 tsp. Vanilla

3 Egg Whites

1 cup Sugar

Preparation

  1. Add salt, vinegar, and vanilla to egg whites. Beat until peaks form
  2. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until very stiff.
  3. Spoon in mounds on cookie sheet covered with plain, ungreased paper. Shape into 6 large cups with spoon.
  4. Bake in 300 degree oven for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from paper immediately. Cool.
  6. Serve topped with your choice of ice cream, dessert strawberries, or chocolate sauce.
