Ingredients
16 oz Ahi Tuna Steaks, 1" thick, can be cut into 1 1/2" widths x length of steak
4- Green Onions, cut French style into 1" lenghts
2 tbs - Brown sugar
1 tbs Tamari or Ponzu Citris soy sauce
4 oz- Orange Juice
1 tbs- Thai Chili Sauce
Preparation
Simmer brown sugar, Tamari, OJ till thick, add chilli sauce. Saute onions in olive oil, aprox 2 minutes & remove. Pan sear tuna in olive oil, aprox 1 minute on each of 4 sides. Pour on sauce, roll in sesame seeds. Serve over white rice with steamed or stir fried vegetables. Can substitute pinapple juice for OJ & serve with canned or fresh pineapple.
