Ingredients
1 fresh, crusty baguette
Philly cream cheese or Brie or other soft cheese (but not a “cheese spread”)
coppacolli, sliced paper thin
fresh, whole basil leaves
Preparation
Slice baguette diagonally into slices 1/2 inch thick. Spread thickly with cream cheese. Embed whole basil leaves into the cheese until entire slice is covered. Pile little mounds of thin slices of coppa on each slice. Place decoratively on a platter lined with colorful greens and serve.
