Ingredients

2 c. peeled sliced mango

1/2 c. vinegar

1/2 c. + 2 t. brown sugar

1/2 c. shredded cranberries

2 T. Chopped onion

1 small hot pepper pod, finely chopped (food processor)

1 T. ginger powder

1/4 t. salt

1/4 t. powdered mustard

1/4 t. grated orange peel

1 T. finely diced cilantro

1/4 c. whole almonds, chopped

1/4 t. chopped garlic

1/4 t. sweet curry

Preparation

Combine ingredients in medium saucepan, slowly bring to a medium boil and simmer for 30 minutes. The chutney can be served warm or cold, it should be refrigerated or canned.
