Ingredients
6 lg sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup pecans, toasted
1 tsp shredded orange peel
Preparation
Peel sweet potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender.
Mash potatoes in bowl and add rest of ingredients.
Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
