Ingredients

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup dry sherry

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 small onion, minced

4 garlic cloves crushed

1 bay leaf, crumbled

Preparation

Combine ingredients and save out 1/2 cup for basting while grilling. Marinate chicken for 5 hours or overnight, covered, chilled. Discard marinade and grill until done.
