Ingredients

1 pkg Yellow cake mix

1 pkg Vanilla pudding (instant)

3/4 cup sherry wine

1 tsp (or less) nutmeg

1/2 cup oil

4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease Angel food cake pan.

Combine all ingredients and mix 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into Angel food cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

Cool on rack for 5 minutes. turn out onto rack and finish cooling. Dust with powdered sugar.
