1 cup chopped walnuts

12 ounce bag chocolate chips

3 eggs

1 cup of oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 teaspoon of baking soda

4 cups of flour

Mix eggs, sugar & oil together. Add vanilla, baking soda. Mix.

Add chocolate chips, nuts, Mix.

Add flour 1 cup at a time and mix. Can mix by hand because it will be too thick to put in mixer.

Put oil on paper towel & rub on baking sheet, followed by flour.

Make loaves out of batter, spreading out to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in thickness. Usually 2 loaves.

Bake in oven at 325 degrees checking at three quarter hour to 1 hour. Take out – slice into strips – whatever size you want and lay them flat – put back in oven for about ten minutes – take out and let cool. Enjoy
