Ingredients

1 16 Ounce Pkg. Macaroni

1 Cup Bread Crumbs

2 Beaten Eggs

2 Cups Canned (Stewed)Tomatoes

1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Mild to Sharp Cheddar or Combo)

1/3 Cup Diced Green Pepper (if desired/available))

1 Tsp Minced Onion

1/4 Cup Melted Butter

Optional:

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp rosemary (crushed)

1/2 tsp Dill

1/4 cup parmesan or romano grated cheese

Preparation

• Cook Macaroni and drain • Spray 2 Qt. Casserole with cooking spray • Add all ingredients and mix lightly • Season with Pepper to taste • Sprinkle top with 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs • Bake covered at 325 degrees for 45 Minutes
