Ingredients

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup vinegar

1 1/2 cups water

4 tablespoons sugar

1 package onion soup mix

1 teaspoon ground pepper

2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

2 thick slices lemon

1 cup catsup

4 prepared skewers of meat and vegetables

Asian B-B-Q sauce (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the catsup and simmer 10 minutes. Add the catsup and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool before using to marinate. Marinate kebabs overnight, turning occasionaly. Grill. For an additional glaze, brush last few minutes with B-B-Q sauce.
