SLICED OR WHOLE MUSHROOMS
CUBED BEEF
Preparation
MARINADE BEEF IN OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, A1, WORC. SAUCE, HERBS FOR 12 HOURS. MIX WATER, VEGGIES AND MARINATED BEEF IN CASSAROLE DISH. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP LEAVING ONE CORNER FREE FOR STEAM TO ESCAPE COOK UNTIL BEEF IS TENDER AND COOKED.
