Ingredients

-Mini Boconcini

-Baguette

-Sun-dried tomatoes in oil

-Shitake mushrooms

-Fresh basil

-Fresh thyme

-Olive Oil

-Balsamic Vinagre

-Brown sugar

-Butter

-salt and pepper

Preparation

Slice the bread on a double angle to create more surface area. Butter both sides of the slice. Cut the stem off of the mushroom and place on top of the bread. Place 1 or two Boconcinis on top of the mushroom and spoon a mixture of the rest of the ingredients on top. Toast for 8-10 minutes and serve.
