Ingredients

12 oz(s) soft flour

3 oz(s) strong flour

9 oz(s) butter

5 oz(s) icing sugar

3 egg yolks

Preparation

cream the butter & sugar beat in the egg yolks carefully fold in the flour until blended together roll & cut into disks put disks in fridge for 20 minutes set oven at 180oC take disks from fridge & put in the oven bake until pale brown.
