Ingredients
1 lb. Butter
1 cup Sugar, 1/3 brown and remainder white
3 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
Preparation
Cream Butter and Sugar. Add Flour gradually. Knead for about 3 minutes. Don’t roll it, pat it out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds. Prick tops with fork. Bake at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with fruit sugar while hot.
