cups purchased broccoli-coleslaw blend (from 16-oz. pkg.)

oz. cooked roast beef (from deli), cut into thin bite-sized strips

1/4

cup purchased stir-fry sauce

small tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Preparation

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add coleslaw blend; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender and mixture is thoroughly heated.
