Ingredients
For the salad:
1 package broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli)
2 packages oriental flavored noodles
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup almonds
1 can water chestnuts
For the dressing:
2 flavoring packets from the noodles
3/4 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Mix everything together thoroughly except the noodles. Do not cook the noodles, crush them into small bits and then mix into the salad right before serving to give a delightful crispness. The sugar can be reduced (significantly) to taste.
