Ingredients

2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 stick butter (not margarine)

2 Tablespoons Emeril’s Essence

1 can/bottle of Miller Lite or Michelob Ultra (for not so low carb dishes, use Amber Bock or any of your other favorite beer))

Preparation

Melt butter in non-reactive skillet. Add Essence and shrimp. Saute shrimp until it begins to turn pink. Add can/bottle of beer. Continue to heat until liquid starts to boil. Remove from heat, pour into bowls and serve immediately. Bam!
