Ingredients

bagged saffron rice (2 1/2 servings)

2 T olive oil

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 yellow onion, chopped

1 cup pre-cooked sausage link, sliced

2 cups frozen shrimp, thawed

1 cup frozen peas

Preparation

Cook rice according to directions. Thaw shrimp and peas. Meanwhile, place olive oil and onion in saucepan, cook on medium for 5 minutes. Add sausage and white wine; and cook until wine evaporates. Stir in shrimp and peas until heated through. Serve hot.
