Ingredients
2 lb shrimp
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
24 oz. artichoke hearts, halved
6 oz can black olives
3/4 C olive oil
2 T tarragon vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Cook shrimp in boiling water with Old Bay until pink. Cool and clean shrimp. Combine shrimp, artichokes and olives. Combine olive oil, vinegar, & seasonings. Pour over shrimp and marinate several hours. Serve on Bibb lettuce for salad or use toothpicks for appetizer
